Molinos Tres Arroyos, a producer of dry durum wheat pasta, will install the Automated Pallet Shuttle system and Easy WMS software in its manufacturing plant. Located in Tres Arroyos (Buenos Aires, Argentina), the facility outputs 510 tonnes of pasta daily.
“The new automated storage and retrieval system will help us optimise our logistics processes. It will run at full throughput 24/7 in freezing temperatures,” says Federico Vis, Head of Production at Molinos Tres Arroyos.
With a 6,000-pallet capacity, the Automated Pallet Shuttle system will boost Molinos Tres Arroyos’ productivity. The AS/RS is one of the most efficient high-density storage solutions on the market. In addition to increasing the number of cycles per hour, it will leverage all available space to maximise storage capacity.
